Mastercard Services is the professional services arm of Mastercard, dedicated to driving value beyond payment transactions through consulting, data insights, marketing services, loyalty, and analytics platforms. Our Insights and Enablement team specifically focuses on improving efficiency and enabling smarter decisions for the Services business unit through data, technology, and operational excellence.
As a Senior Analyst, you will develop a deep understanding of our business environment, acting as an internal consulting partner to key stakeholders. You'll use data-driven insights and analytical frameworks to identify and implement improvements in operational processes, driving desired outcomes and behavioral change across the organization.
About the Role
As a Senior Analyst - Business Transformation and Revenue Operations, you are expected to:
- Business Understanding: Develop a strong understanding of our business environment and operational processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders across various departments (Sales, Product, Delivery, Compliance, Technology, Finance, etc.) to understand pain points related to their business model and operational processes.
- Current State Analysis: Comprehend current state processes through stakeholder conversations, process demonstrations, and a thorough understanding of existing systems.
- Process Improvement: Utilize analytical frameworks and data-driven insights to identify improvements in current processes, test hypotheses, and roll out optimized processes.
- Implementation & Change Management: Drive the implementation of new processes with desired outcomes and foster necessary behavioral changes.
- Documentation: Develop appropriate documentation, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process flows, and user journey maps.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop clear Success KPIs and institutionalize them through robust, high-quality data dashboards. You'll monitor these KPIs and drive continuous efficiency improvements.
All About You
- Revenue Operations Expertise: Strong understanding of Revenue Operations, preferably in B2B services organizations.
- Business Transformation Experience: Proven experience in driving business transformation, preferably for B2B services organizations.
- Consulting Mindset: Experience in business consulting or in dealing with unstructured situations and applying first principles thinking for problem-solving.
- Project & Stakeholder Management: Exposure to project management, strong stakeholder management skills, and excellent communication skills.
- Domain Exposure (Preferred): Exposure to any of these domains is preferred (though not essential):
- B2B Sales processes
- Sales productivity tools (e.g., Salesforce CRM, contract automation)
- Compliance processes (e.g., KYC)
- Data visualization and reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau).
- Professional Experience:5-8 years of relevant professional experience, with suitable educational qualifications.
