About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced retention marketing professional to drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty for our B2C app business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns via marketing automation platforms to drive customer engagement and growth.
- Effectively segment users and develop personalized communication journeys to maximize impact.
- Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and retention metrics to optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align lifecycle strategies with business goals.
- Experiment with new ideas, A/B tests, and optimization tactics to improve customer retention and reduce churn.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in retention marketing / customer lifecycle management for B2C app businesses.
- Proven hands-on experience in executing campaigns via CleverTap, WebEngage, or MoEngage.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
