Retention Marketing Leader Sought

We are seeking a seasoned professional with deep expertise in customer lifecycle management to drive engagement, retention, and loyalty for our B2C app business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute an end-to-end customer lifecycle strategy, from onboarding through retention, engagement, and reactivation.
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns via CleverTap/WebEngage/MoEngage to drive customer engagement and growth.
  • Effectively segment users and develop personalized communication journeys to maximize impact.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and retention metrics to optimize outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Analytics teams to align lifecycle strategies with business goals.
  • Experiment with new ideas, A/B tests, and optimization tactics to improve customer retention and reduce churn.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in retention marketing / customer lifecycle management for B2C app businesses.
  • Proven hands-on experience in executing campaigns via CleverTap, WebEngage, or MoEngage.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
