Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth for Akshya Patra Services.
  • Generate leads and cold call potential customers to promote our products and services.
  • Understand customer needs and demonstrate the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and pricing agreements to meet customer needs.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and tactics to drive sales growth.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry and market trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and objection handling abilities.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time to meet sales targets.
  • Indepth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
