Job Title: Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Akshya Patra Services. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research and Lead Generation: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and generate leads through effective cold calling and networking.
  • Customer Engagement and Sales: Understand customer needs and demonstrate the value proposition of our products to meet those needs. Negotiate sales contracts and pricing agreements to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Relationship Building and Collaboration: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform business decisions and stay up-to-date on industry and market trends.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record of successful sales experience with a strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and objection handling abilities, ability to effectively prioritize and manage time, and proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
