Renewals Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Renewals Specialist to process customer renewals for software subscription products, migrate customers to Cisco's ordering platform, and ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the renewal cycle.

Responsibilities:
  • Process all phases of subscription renewal lifecycle, including notifying customers of renewal, building quotes, and closing renewals opportunities for accounts.
  • Notify and assist customers with migrating to Cisco's ordering platform at the time of renewal.
  • Find and execute upsells within your customer base.
  • Ensure invoice accuracy and work closely with Finance to make sure payment is collected.
  • Analyze data and trends to find growth opportunities.
  • Embrace use of AI in repetitive tasks and be open to learn how to automate tasks using AI.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal (telephone) and written (email) communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to handle a large volume of accounts, tasks, and responsibilities.
  • Strong customer service, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with SaaS-based applications.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com preferred.
  • Self-starter, high energy, positive attitude, and customer-focused.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience in using robotic automation/AI tools highly preferred.
