Renewable Energy Project Coordinator Role

This job post is for a Renewable Energy Project Coordinator who will support the end-to-end project development lifecycle by ensuring seamless coordination and meticulous administration.

The ideal candidate should have strong interest in renewable energy and sustainable development, excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Additionally, they should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Closely coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project development and execution.
  • Maintain and track the project pipeline, ensuring accurate reflection of project stages and statuses.
  • Organize, track, and manage business development-related documentation for easy accessibility and compliance.
  • Assist the team in drafting correspondence with government bodies and regulatory authorities.
  • Support the vendor onboarding process, ensuring adherence to necessary documentation and procedures.
  • Upload invoices and monitor payments routed through the Business Development function.
  • Attend meetings to gather market intelligence, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Energy Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years in project coordination or development roles covering planning and monitoring of RE projects.
