We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive strategic growth, expand client relationships, and influence decision-makers at the highest levels.
As a Client Solution Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our business strategy, aligning our solutions with client goals, and delivering tailored workforce solutions that create measurable impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Client Engagement: Build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite and senior leadership, leveraging expertise to inform business decisions.
- Business Growth: Develop and execute long-term strategies to expand market share, increase revenue, and establish us as a premier staffing partner.
- Consultative Selling: Identify workforce challenges and deliver bespoke solutions that drive client success while ensuring scalability and cost optimization.
- Executive Relationship Management: Foster high-level relationships with senior executives, particularly within Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Leverage industry insights and analytics to anticipate market shifts, influence strategy, and uncover new revenue streams.
Requirements include:
- 10–20 years' experience in business development, client relations, or staffing/consulting, with a proven track record in domestic IT staffing business development.
- Demonstrated expertise in the GCC market with deep networks and relationships across technology-driven enterprises.
- Proven success in building executive-level partnerships, managing complex accounts, and driving multi-million-dollar growth portfolios.
- A consultative, solution-oriented approach with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
