Job Title: Estimation Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced Estimation Lead to join our organization, specializing in residential luxury villa development.

The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive expertise in estimation, budgeting, billing, and contract management.

  • Oversee and implement stringent quality control procedures throughout the real estate development lifecycle.
  • Manage all aspects of project billing including verification of completed work and quantity calculations.
  • Review and manage real estate contracts ensuring adherence to terms and conditions.
  • Involvement in quantity surveying cost estimation and monitoring particularly in relation to billing and contract management.
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated team responsible for quality control and billing functions.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in the real estate or construction industry within the Mumbai market.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies processes and audits.
  • Proven track record in managing project billing preparing contracts and handling amendments and change orders.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address quality billing and contractual issues.
  • Familiarity with relevant software such as SAP or other ERP systems for effective billing and cost management.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience Required: 12+ years in Estimation and Budgeting within Real Estate
