Senior Interior Designer + Sales

">Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Interior Designer + Sales professional to join our team. As a Territory Assistant Manager - Sales, you will be responsible for owning client satisfaction across all projects in the territory.

You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the Livpreneur success strategy in the territory, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure growth according to demand in your territory.

  • Enable Livpreneurs to achieve their qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Define scope, interior estimation, and initiate connecting customers with service partners based on customer requirements.
  • Visit customer sites along with service partners to help customers finalize scope and quote with service partners for their work.
  • Meet regularly with Livpreneurs to understand and solve their concerns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in any stream or equivalent 15 years of academic education.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development and growth, with at least 1 year in B2C sales.
  • Strong multitasking and complex ops management skills.
  • Excellent sales and business development skills.
  • Willingness to travel across Pune.
  • Strong leadership and people skills.
  • High level of ownership around targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
