Design Studio Lead

Our organization is seeking a visionary Design Studio Lead to spearhead our design team in achieving excellence and operational efficiency across key projects.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional space planning abilities, and extensive experience in workplace design and corporate interiors.

Reporting to the Global Design Director, you will lead a talented team of architects and interior designers, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initial concept to final execution.

  • Develop and implement innovative design concepts that align with our brand identity and user-centric design principles.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of architects and interior designers, ensuring efficient resource allocation and project timelines.
  • Champion a workplace strategy mindset, integrating industry trends and future-forward thinking into all design solutions.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex design ideas clearly and persuasively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in architecture and corporate interior design.
  • Proven track record in a senior leadership role, managing a team of design professionals.
