Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the design team by providing local information during the design development process.
  • Monitor project execution for quality of workmanship and design fidelity.
  • Act as an effective coordinator during execution, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Role Description
  • Assist in the design process by providing local support, including knowledge on local aspects, site analysis, research, data collection, and benchmarking studies.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the design intent and the portfolio, ensuring quality participation during execution.
  • Document all design fidelity and quality issues in reports and escalate to the Project Head when not attended to by vendor/client.
  • Coordinate between client & design team to provide best possible design solutions to execution issues & build client confidence.
  • Analyze successes and failures of projects by identifying execution issues not trapped in drawings.
  • Grow professionally by achieving personal advancement goals.
  • Work closely with the local team as well as the central studio to ensure smooth project deliveries.
Qualifications

B.Arch / M.Arch / B.Des / Diploma in Interior Design

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Candidates having wide experience as a Design Coordinator with expertise in executing interior projects.
  • Prior Site execution experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit software.
