Job Overview

As a senior design leader, you'll be responsible for leading WongDoody's five studios in India, overseeing a growing team of 450+ designers. Your primary focus will be on driving design quality, craft, and practice, ensuring the team delivers award-winning work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving design excellence through mentorship and performance decisions for senior team members.
  • Building relationships with new and existing clients, uncovering opportunities to apply strategic thinking and creative craft.
  • Assessing performance and providing career guidance and mentorship for team members.

Requirements

  1. 15+ years of relevant industry experience, including 7+ years of leadership or management experience with teams of 50+ designers.
  2. Extensive knowledge and experience with user-centered design processes, collaborative teamwork, and cross-functional project coordination.
  3. Mastery in Product Design, Service Design, User Research, demonstrated through a portfolio of outstanding work performed by teams led and directed by you.
