About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Luxury Service Ambassador to join our team at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless service throughout their stay.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Become the face of our hotel by delivering impeccable service and building lasting relationships with our guests.
  • Maximize sales opportunities by showcasing our product knowledge and suggesting personalized recommendations.
  • Take orders clearly and accurately to ensure seamless execution in the kitchen and at the front of house.
  • Supervise and lead the team in providing exceptional service, ensuring every guest leaves with a lasting impression.
  • Anticipate and exceed guest expectations by proactively addressing their needs and preferences.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverage to our discerning guests in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Assist with setting up the outlet and banquet area, ensuring every detail is perfect.
  • Participate in daily and monthly briefings to stay informed and aligned with department goals.
  • Promote our restaurant's specialties and serve with precision and flair, always adhering to our established standards.
  • Ensure the working areas are immaculate and well-maintained, reflecting our commitment to quality and excellence.
  • Provide exceptional support to guests in need, demonstrating empathy and compassion.
  • Clean and prepare tables for incoming guests, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Address any guest complaints or feedback promptly, escalating issues to management as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy service area, adhering to our strict hygiene protocols.
  • Take ownership of your designated section and station, driving results and excellence.
  • Coach and train your team to deliver consistent service, exceeding guest expectations.
  • Perform all tasks to the highest Fairmont standards, always looking for opportunities to improve and innovate.

  • Understand and embody luxury guest expectations, striving to exceed them at every turn.
  • Establish strong relationships with colleagues and guests alike, fostering a culture of trust and respect.

  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests, using verbal and written skills to convey information and resolve issues.
  • Be willing to develop and grow with Fairmont, embracing new challenges and opportunities.
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as part of our dynamic and fast-paced team.
  • Hold a Food Hygiene certificate, demonstrating your commitment to safety and excellence.
