We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our IT team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the reliability and functionality of our organization's IT environment.

Your primary responsibility will be to administer Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, providing support for Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) infrastructure, including user provisioning and issue resolution.

You will also be responsible for managing incident and service request management processes, ensuring timely resolution of user issues and requests.

In addition, you will utilize Nexthink for proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.

Other key responsibilities include handling grant application/drive/folder access requests, administering user accounts in Active Directory, facilitating consultant onboarding/offboarding processes, managing access to collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, monitoring and responding to phishing email incidents, performing remote software installations and configurations, resetting passwords and unlocking user accounts as per established security protocols, assisting with setting up and troubleshooting Zoom meetings and other video conferencing solutions, addressing Zscaler/network connectivity issues, providing support for external file sharing platforms such as ShareFile and Teams channels, and configuring and mapping network drives and printers for users as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, strong customer service and communication skills, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively, and proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office applications, as well as familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, and other network administration tools.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, and proven experience in desktop support or a similar role.
