- Follow up on outstanding payments
- Coordinate with financial institutions for documentation purposes
Further duties involve:
- Familiarity with industry regulations and Department of Stamp Duty & Registration guidelines
- Liaise with Account, Legal, and Liaisoning departments
- Process customer accounts and file relevant documents
- Contribute to Turnaround Time (TAT) initiatives
- Perform other tasks assigned by senior authorities
