Customer Success Role

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our customer-facing department. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and achieve maximum value from our digital transformation platform.

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our suite of products to empower customers to optimize their online presence.
  • Provide comprehensive support to customers throughout the onboarding process and post-launch, guaranteeing they have the tools and resources required to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships by actively engaging with customers, striving to exceed expectations, and taking extra measures to ensure satisfaction.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless experiences and drive long-term value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Customer Success or Relationship Management, preferably within the SaaS space.
  • Bachelor's degree as minimum educational qualification (Engineering degrees preferred).
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to quickly learn new products, tools, and technologies, and share knowledge effectively with customers.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in the food and beverage industry, ideally in a role involving digital transformation or technology implementation.
  • A basic understanding of API integration is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments where adaptability is key.
