This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Manager located in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving customer issues, monitoring performance, developing support strategies, handling escalations, and improving service processes.
To excel in this role, you will require strong skills in customer satisfaction, customer service, and customer support. You should also possess strong analytical skills, leadership and team management experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
