
Customer Experience Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fulfill a key role in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving complaints and issues efficiently, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to handle high-pressure situations, and demonstrate a commitment to meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: ₹19,000 - ₹23,000 gross per annum (₹17,800 - ₹21,800 net per annum).
