Role Description:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Analytics Engineer who can deliver high-quality integrated data assets, support analytical modeling, and drive personalization opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, technical expertise, and experience working with large datasets.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Data Engineering: Gather and transform large sets of raw data into well-built integrated data assets using SQL, AWS Glue, or other emerging technologies.
  • Data Modeling: Recommend, build, and monitor robust and extensible data models that capture business performance from a customer experience lens.
  • Data Quality: Identify and execute data quality testing along critical check points and surface data drift or data anomalies.
  • Accuracy: Maintain a high standard for accuracy of data and build automated processes to catch issues proactively and report.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or engineering
  • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in data-driven solutions
  • Expertise in writing complex SQL queries, Python (NumPy & Pandas), and EDA/data processing tools such as AWS Glue, S3, or Redshift
  • Proficient with Tableau or Power BI for advanced visualization
