Job Opportunity:

A seasoned Data Science leader is sought to spearhead a team of data engineers, analysts, and scientists. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in a quantitative field and proficiency in Python programming with expertise in popular numerical and data analysis frameworks.


The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development of predictive models using machine learning techniques and experience applying various machine learning algorithms. They will also be comfortable interpreting research papers and architecture diagrams of large language models.


The role requires exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing projects. The candidate must be able to connect with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and coordinate with relevant teams to gather necessary data artifacts.


The responsibilities of this role include creating project plans, optimizing clusters for data science workflows, creating data pipelines, ensuring data quality, performing exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and defining performance metrics. Additionally, the candidate will need to research existing solutions, create optimized data models, run machine learning algorithms, optimize and validate models, create applications and simulators, test codes, integrate and operationalize models, document project artifacts, and measure impact on business metrics.
