We are seeking a strategic leader for our technology and data science operations to provide expert guidance and oversight.

  • Manage cross-functional teams of software engineers, data scientists, and technical staff in the development of innovative health analytics solutions.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of full-stack software solutions for risk management, clinical summarization, and health equity analytics.
  • Lead the creation of internal service tools and platforms that process healthcare datasets, EHRs, claims, and care management data.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in software engineering, team leadership, and cloud computing or data processing.
  • Demonstrated expertise in team building, coaching, and mentoring with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to interface effectively with US leadership.

Required Skills:

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with experience working with healthcare data and/or in the healthcare domain.
  • Ability to translate client and SME insights into product and operational requirements.
  • Experience with security certifications and software security focus.
