Main Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including generating leads, conducting market research, and networking with industry professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximize business growth and ensure seamless project implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential market gaps.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the company's expertise and services.
- Stay ahead of the curve by attending industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to expand the network and represent the company.
- Provide timely reports and feedback to the management on sales activities and market insights, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a track record of driving business growth and expansion.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- Familiarity with renewable energy technologies and industry trends, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest developments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, with a willingness to adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings and events, with a flexible attitude towards work assignments and priorities.
What We Offer
A highly competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a range of benefits and perks that reflect the company's commitment to its employees' growth and well-being.
