Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including generating leads, conducting market research, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximize business growth and ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation and client satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential market gaps and opportunities.
Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies to meet company targets.
Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to represent the company and expand network.
Provide timely reports and feedback to the management on sales activities and market insights.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Familiarity with renewable energy technologies and industry trends.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel for business meetings and events.
