Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Leader to spearhead the sales of luxury residences, villas, and land parcels in prime Mumbai markets and holiday home destinations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, and family offices.
  • • Drive Sales: Successfully sell resale and primary luxury properties, villas, and land parcels with a ticket size of INR 15 Cr+.
  • • Inventory Management: Source and manage inventory in Andheri to South Mumbai, including resale properties, and holiday home belts in Goa, Alibaug, and Lonavala.
  • • Marketing & Strategy: Contribute to the company's luxury positioning through digital campaigns, media spends, and targeted marketing initiatives.
  • • Market Intelligence: Track pricing trends, demand shifts, and competitor movements in the resale and primary luxury segments.

Requirements:

  • • Experience: 2-4 years in luxury real estate sales, with a proven track record in the resale market (ticket sizes INR 15 Cr+).
  • • Location Knowledge: Strong understanding of Andheri-South Mumbai luxury markets and holiday home regions (Goa, Alibaug, Lonavala).
  • • Network: Established connections with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and resale market intermediaries.

Desired Skills:

  • • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • • Ability to navigate complex resale transactions (valuation, due diligence, owner expectations).
  • • Exposure to digital marketing and luxury branding strategies.
