Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience in real estate, with at least 2 years in a leadership role with exceptional sales outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of real estate markets, sales strategies, and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, set targets, and develop effective action plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
