Job Overview

Our company seeks a seasoned Closing Manager to drive high-value transactions in the luxury real estate market. This role involves guiding high-net-worth clients through the closing process, ensuring a seamless and sophisticated experience that reflects our brand's prestige.

Key Responsibilities

  • Closing Process Management: The successful candidate will oversee the entire closing process from contract to closing date, ensuring all timelines are met and necessary documents are prepared and reviewed.
  • Legal Compliance: Our ideal candidate will ensure all legal documents and contracts are accurate, complete, and in compliance with regulations.
  • Financial Coordination: They will coordinate with lenders, title companies, and other parties to ensure financial transactions are processed smoothly.
  • Client Communication: As the primary point of contact for clients, they will provide updates, answer questions, and address concerns throughout the closing process.
  • Document Management: The Closing Manager will maintain organized and secure files of all transaction documents, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility as needed.
  • Problem Solving: They will identify potential issues and proactively work to resolve them promptly.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with real estate agents, attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders, they will facilitate effective communication and cooperation throughout the transaction.
  • Quality Assurance: Conducting thorough reviews of all closing documents, they will verify accuracy and completeness before finalizing transactions.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree (business, marketing, real estate); an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in high-value sales or luxury real estate, with proven closing success.
  • Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and sales analytics tools.
  • A client-centric mindset, strategic thinker, proactive problem-solver.
  • A deep understanding of luxury real estate dynamics and high-net-worth client expectations.
