
Real Estate Business Development Specialist

Job Summary:
- Identify and onboard channel partners, brokers, and agents
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external property consultants
- Source verified clients through partner networks and references
- Drive registrations and bookings by activating channel partner network
- Plan and execute broker meets and field visits
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure lead flow
- Provide regular feedback and market intelligence
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sourcing or channel partner development
- Strong local market knowledge of Navi Mumbai, Panvel, and Raigad
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-driven, field-oriented, and result-focused
- Own vehicle preferred
As a Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify and acquire new business opportunities. This includes building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying potential clients, and negotiating partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sourcing or channel partner development, with a strong understanding of the local market in Navi Mumbai, Panvel, and Raigad.
