Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Asset Manager Admin Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Real Estate Asset Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of commercial real estate properties, ensuring that they are properly maintained, rented or sold, and maximizing investor returns.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining accurate records of asset-related data, including property information and financial transactions.
  • Organizing and storing asset-related documents, such as property deeds and lease agreements.
  • Preparing reports on asset performance, including budget variance and insurance status.
  • Providing administrative assistance to the Asset Management team, including scheduling meetings and procuring work scopes.
  • Serving as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, including property managers and leasing agents.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset-related data.
  • Document Retrieval: Ensure timely retrieval of asset-related documents.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver accurate and timely reports on asset performance.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Provide excellent administrative support to internal stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain accurate records and documents.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and asset management software.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Bachelor's Degree: Typically required in a field such as real estate, finance, business, or related field.
