Delivery Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Lead to oversee the successful execution of projects, manage client expectations, and foster high-quality results within tight deadlines.

This key role will serve as a critical member of our delivery team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Develop implementation strategies, execute tasks, complete deliverables, coordinate staffing, and monitor progress.
  • Client Communication: Effectively manage client relationships, expectations, and communications.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster collaboration with delivery teams to recommend and deliver best-in-class services.
  • Stakeholder Updates: Present project status updates to executive teams and stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify, classify, prioritize, mitigate, and develop contingency plans for risks appropriately.
  • Issue Management: Manage issues and changes to project scope.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, work collaboratively, and lead by example.
  • Development Support: Ensure high throughput of development teams by identifying potential issues and roadblocks and working to prevent or eliminate them.
  • Creative Deliverables: Support creation of high-quality client deliverables, including executive-level updates, meeting facilitation decks, project status reports, vendor reports, project trackers, meeting minutes, final recommendations, and contract redlines.
  • Autonomy and Quality: Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while consistently delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
  • Judgement and Oversight: Exercise sound judgement and oversight to ensure integrity and compliance with company policies in all activities and communications.
  • Team Development: Create an environment for growth of development team competencies and expertise via collaboration with a tech lead role representative.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10-12 years of dedicated, full-time Project Manager experience managing teams of 10+.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: A working knowledge of pharmaceutical, special pharmacy, patient services, or related industries.
  • Service Line: Service Line: Pharma / Biotech; Patient Support Program.
  • Drug Development: Knowledge of drug development is essential.
  • Flexibility: A self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal direct supervision.
  • Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, polished executive presence, and ability to influence C-suite client stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word. Strong proficiency in Excel a plus. Working experience with European/USA clients. Advanced level of skills in Salesforce/Hubspot.
