Job Opportunity:
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in assigned territories.
- Develop and execute business plans to increase sales revenue and market share.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and relationship-building.
- Manage and maintain existing customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a similar industry or territory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales goals.
- Basic knowledge of sales management principles and practices.
