Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key leader, providing strategic direction and guidance to the team.\
  • Collaborate with Career FLS/BLs to drive business growth and maximize productivity.\
  • Develop and execute plans to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and market understanding.\
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to BLs in critical sales calls and regular performance reviews.\
  • Identify skills gaps, create developmental plans, and implement training programs.\
  • Support Circle Manager and Associate Circle Heads to achieve their respective performance goals.\
  • Oversee Training certifications for SDMs reporting to Circle Managers.\
  • Maintain high organizational values and ensure business ethics within the Circle.\
  • Maximize sales productivity and achieve monthly and annual sales targets by:\
    • \
    • Providing daily leadership and target orientation to the team.\
    • Motivating team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.\
    • Directly supporting large client acquisition in a selective manner.\
    • Monitoring and reviewing performance against plan and taking corrective actions.\
    • Ensuring high Agency quality within the team through:\
      • \
      • Agency discipline (daily huddle attendance and quality, performance reviews).\
      • Sales process (lead generation, conversion of leads into client calls, business conversions).\
      • FC and BL engagement (recruitment and licensing of new BLs and FCs, visits to and activation of FCs and BLs).\
      • Employee success (low attrition rates in the Circle at all levels, completion of monthly sales targets).\
      • Identifying and recruiting top Financial Consultants from the market.\
      • Converting top FCs from the existing team to Business Leaders as appropriate and helping them build their own team of FCs to maximize leverage.\
      • Supporting BLs in expanding their distribution network via their FCs.\
