This position is for a professional who can build and lead a sales team from the ground up to achieve business targets.

  • Team Development: The primary objective is to recruit, train, and motivate a team of Financial Advisors. This requires strong networking and selection skills to identify and onboard new talent.
  • Sales Performance Management: You're responsible for your team's sales performance. This involves providing continuous guidance, training, and motivation to ensure they can sell products effectively. You must also give them timely product knowledge to keep them up-to-date.
  • Business Expansion: The ultimate goal is to generate business through your team. This means you are accountable for hitting sales targets and implementing strategies to grow the business.
  • Agency Channel Expertise: Experience in the Agency Channel, a business model focused on sales through a network of individual agents, is essential.
