**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development & Lead Generation**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar sector, with a focus on large-scale solar projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, project owners, contractors, and governmental bodies.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to expand market share and enhance the companys position in the solar EPC market.
- **Sales Strategy & Proposal Management**:

- Oversee the development of proposals, including technical, commercial, and financial aspects, tailored to client requirements.
- Lead negotiations with potential clients and secure project contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure proposals are aligned with company capabilities and client expectations.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-project follow-up.
- Provide clients with expert advice on solar technology, design options, financial models, and implementation strategies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships that foster repeat business and referrals.
- **Market Research & Competitive Analysis**:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand market positioning and identify strategies for differentiation.
- **Team Collaboration & Support**:

- Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, finance, and operations, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide regular feedback to senior management regarding market conditions, competitor activities, and performance metrics.
- **Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline management in CRM systems.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management, tracking progress against sales targets and key performance indicators.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
