Senior Team Lead Job Description

As a senior team lead, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of implementation experts to achieve business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of project plans to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders across various functions, including supply support teams, demand planning, and site schedulers, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

  • Maintaining up-to-date product information at the SKU level and being responsible for block management.

  • Identifying and resolving potential issues through proactive communication with the project lead or team.

  • Reporting deviations in a timely manner and escalating issues as necessary.

  • Providing subject matter expertise and coaching team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

  • Supporting comprehensive training sessions and ensuring that all participants gain a thorough understanding of the material presented.
