**Job Title:** Quality Assurance Manager

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for enhancing audit quality by providing real-time support and coaching to engagement teams before audit opinions are signed.

This non-client facing role is ideal for professionals from statutory audit who are looking to transition into audit quality. If you have a strong understanding of auditing standards and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role:

  • Perform independent reviews of high-risk & audit focus areas
  • E nsure KAM & Auditing Standards compliance
  • C oat and support audit teams for better on-the-job learning
  • D rive efficiency in audit approaches
  • C ontribute to broader Quality & Risk initiatives (Audit milestone monitoring, Q&R MIS reporting, Standardization, Specialist engagement, Audit quality projects)

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years' experience in statutory audit / audit quality
  • Strong understanding of KAM & Auditing Standards
  • Excellent communication & drafting skills
  • S elf-driven, detail-oriented, and strong in coordination
  • P roficient in MS Office (Excel preferred)
