Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in Bengaluru. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire QA process, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards. Daily tasks include developing test plans, conducting tests, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with the development team to improve product quality. The role also involves mentoring QA team members and promoting a culture of quality across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance processes, methodologies, and tools
  • Experience with test planning, execution, and defect management
  • Expertise in automated testing tools and techniques
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Leadership skills and experience in mentoring and managing QA teams
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the technology or education sector is a plus
