Role Summary:

We are looking for a Quality Assurance professional to oversee product quality across our North India clusters. The role will ensure adherence to brand standards, monitor vendor/manufacturer compliance, and maintain consistency in product quality across stores and production units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality checks across vendors, factories, and retail clusters in North India
  • Ensure compliance with technical specifications, fit, and finishing standards
  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality SOPs for production and store teams
  • Work closely with merchandising, design, and sourcing teams to resolve quality issues
  • Manage audits, inspections, and reports for garments across categories
  • Train suppliers and internal teams on quality requirements and corrective actions
  • Travel frequently within North India to monitor factories, warehouses, and stores

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in apparel/garment quality assurance
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric testing, and finishing standards
  • Hands-on experience with vendor audits, QC processes, and compliance standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively across North India
