Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Quality Assurance, located in Bengaluru. The Head of Quality Assurance will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes, conducting quality audits, implementing quality control measures, and managing quality assurance teams. Day-to-day tasks will include developing and enforcing quality standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and coordinating with different departments to maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Auditing, Automation
  • Strong Analytical Skills to identify and resolve quality-related issues
  • Experience in Quality Management and Quality Assurance
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Detailed-oriented with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in the technology or AI industry is a plus
