Quality Assurance Lead (Contract)

Remote | 6–12 months (renewable) | EMEA time zones preferred

We're looking for a 
Quality Assurance Lead
 to design and operationalize our QA framework across program design, development, and delivery. You'll help embed global standards of quality, reliability, and measurable impact into every Oakvale course.

What You'll Do

  • Build Oakvale's QA system and processes aligned with ISO 10015 and other technical accreditation standards.
  • Audit and strengthen course design, delivery, and evaluation standards.
  • Lead continuous improvement reviews and internal quality audits.
  • Work with the Head of Academic Programmes, accreditation advisors, and our instructional design team to ensure our learning meets world-class standards.

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years in academic QA, accreditation, or workforce training quality systems.
  • Experience with ISO 9001/10015 or similar competence frameworks.
  • Strong ability to translate standards into practical tools and workflows.
  • Passion for improving learning outcomes and workforce competence in LMICs.
