We are seeking a
Quality Assurance Lead
to drive testing excellence and ensure the flawless delivery of our cloud-based analytics products. In this role, you will take ownership of the full testing lifecycle—planning, execution, and optimization—while mentoring a small QA team and collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions. You'll be at the forefront of enhancing quality practices, automation frameworks, and testing standards for SaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end testing processes for SaaS and web-based platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.

Define and implement comprehensive QA strategies, covering functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and CI/CD integration pipelines.

Collaborate closely with developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to ensure testing is aligned with business and technical goals.

Conduct test planning and risk assessments for major releases and product enhancements.

Review product requirements, design detailed test cases, and ensure full coverage of business-critical scenarios.

Identify, log, and track software defects through structured defect management and RCA (Root Cause Analysis).

Champion test automation initiatives and adopt modern QA tools to increase testing efficiency.

Oversee QA documentation, including reports, dashboards, and standard operating procedures.

Mentor junior testers, promote QA best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Experience:
4–6 years in software testing, with a focus on SaaS or web applications.

Tools:
Hands-on experience with automation and management tools such as Selenium, Katalon, TestLink, Jira, and Locust.

Testing Expertise:
Proven ability in manual and automated testing, including regression, functional, performance, and security testing.

Strong understanding of
Agile/Scrum methodologies
and experience working in CI/CD environments.

Exposure to
API testing
and scripting for test automation.

Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills with a focus on quality delivery.

Ability to lead test planning and mentor QA team members in best practices and defect prevention.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in SaaS or analytics product environments.

Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and testing automation in CI/CD pipelines.

Certifications such as
ISTQB

CSTE
, or equivalent are a plus.
