We're seeking a Quality Assurance Technical Lead to drive product quality and reliability across our engineering teams. In this role, you'll lead the QA function — designing scalable testing strategies, mentoring team members, and ensuring flawless execution across manual and automated testing processes. You'll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to deliver robust, high-performing software.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, implementation, and execution of comprehensive QA strategies for web and mobile platforms.
  • Develop, review, and optimize test plans, test cases, and test automation frameworks.
  • Oversee manual and automated testing processes to ensure product stability and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality benchmarks and resolve defects efficiently.
  • Ensure thorough regression, functional, and performance testing prior to product releases.
  • Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, promoting best practices in testing and documentation.
  • Implement QA process improvements and champion automation initiatives.
  • Drive continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) testing workflows.
  • Monitor, document, and report on quality metrics and test coverage.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in software testing and QA automation, including at least 2 years in a lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent automation frameworks.
  • Proficiency in API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
  • Solid understanding of database testing and ability to write SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for maintaining high software quality standards.
Nice to Have
  • Experience implementing QA automation pipelines in DevOps environments.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments and performance testing tools.
  • Exposure to version control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).
