We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Technical Support Quality Assurance Engineer to join our solutions team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and reliability of asset and inventory traceability solutions used by leading organizations across India. You will have the opportunity to work hands-on with real-world deployments, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to high-impact solutions that operate at scale.

As part of this journey, you will gain exposure to IoT technologies, support deployments across thousands of sites, and experience what it takes to build and scale a high-growth tech product. Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Support solution testing and deployment to ensure successful implementation and customer experience.
  • Conduct QA testing, troubleshoot issues, and identify root causes with cross-functional teams.
  • Document technical processes, test results, and improvement recommendations.
  • Work closely with engineering and support teams to validate solutions and maintain quality standards.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in product quality, reliability, and performance.
Requirements
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and analytical mindset.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, Python, and SQL is preferred.
  • Ability to understand and document technical processes clearly.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Eagerness to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
