Job Description

We are looking for Lead Quality Assurance. This position will be full-time and Hybrid Bengaluru.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design and execution of both manual and automated test cases for
  • Desktop, web, and API-based applications.
  • Analyze requirements and identify high-impact test scenarios for automation.
  • Build and maintain robust automation frameworks suited for different types of
  • applications and platforms.
  • Track, report, and manage defects, collaborating with development teams for
  • timely resolution.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, product, and
  • DevOps to ensure quality across the lifecycle.
  • Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Provide mentoring or technical guidance to junior QA members if needed.
  • Clearly communicate test strategies, plans, and results to stakeholders.

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Proficient in Java, JavaScript, Gherkin or any other programming language.
  • Hands-on experience in developing automation frameworks and writing test
  • scripts using tools such as Test Complete, ACCELQ, Ready API, Selenium,
  • TestNG, Cypress, TESTRAIL, etc.
  • Exposure to a range of automation tools for UI, API, and performance testing.
  • Experience in creating customized reports and integrating them with test
  • management systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of test design techniques, QA methodologies, and SDLC
  • (Agile & Waterfall).
  • Strong skills in database technologies like SQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and hands-on contribution to automation in CI/CD pipelines.

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationery most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
