MicroLOGIX
is a 25+ years old leading electronics manufacturing and product development company with automated manufacturing lines with in-house R&D team. We are looking for a Manager to head our Quality Assurance and QC Control Department to Industrial and defence sectors.

Job Description

·      
As Management Representative

o      External Quality Agency Audit - Quote collection, Audit schedule and co-ordination during the audit

o      Pre-audit documents submission to Audit Agency party

o      Internal Audit - System- Plan, Schedule and Execution

o      Post Audit Activities - NC closure, Evidence submission etc.

o      Collection of Monthly Review meeting data and compilation

o      Updation of Management Information Board - Monthly / Quarterly

o      Conducting Monthly Review Meetings (MRM) by collecting data from all the departments

o      After MRM, Minutes preparation and follow up for Closure actions

As Line Quality Assurance Manager

o      Conducting Supplier Audits and Keeping well qualified suppliers

o      Managing Customer Audits

o      Handling New Customer Registration Forms

o      New Product Process Document Preparation with NPI team and Validation in the line and keeping it updated

o      Maintaining the Document Control Register

o      Handling Customer Complaints, Conducting Root-cause Analysis and Sending CAPAs to customers

o      Implementing CAPAs and ensuring that the issues are not repeated

·      
As Line Quality Control Manager

o      Manage 5 Quality Inspectors Reporting to you

o      Training the Inspectors in both PCB Assemblies and Systems

o      Allotting Daily Inspection Responsibilities

o      Ensuring Daily Dispatches are defect-free

o      Collecting and Conducting Final Production Yield Analysis

Experience Requirements
.

Candidates with at least 3 to 5 years experience or more in Managing Quality Assurance and Quality Control in EMS Industry

Skills Requirement.

·      Ability handle large customers and key accounts

·      Exposure to Government sectors / Defense companies will be preferred.

Education :
Degree / Diploma (Electronics / Electrical) from reputed College/Institute.
