Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hosur for a Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting audits, analyzing quality data, training staff on quality standards, and coordinating with production teams to resolve quality issues.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and implementing quality management systems, and conducting audits
  • Proficiency in analyzing quality data and managing quality assurance processes
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the automotive and aerospace sectors
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and training skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
  • Experience in the automotive or aerospace industry is a plus
