Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining robust quality control systems. The QA Manager will develop, implement, and monitor quality strategies, conduct internal and external audits, and collaborate across departments to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards. Additional responsibilities include identifying areas for improvement, managing training initiatives for quality compliance, and reporting quality assurance findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Assurance Processes, Regulatory Compliance, and Quality Auditing
  • Expertise in Quality Control, Risk Management, and Process Improvement
  • Strong skills in Team Management, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making
  • Knowledge of industry-standard certifications such as ISO, GMP, or equivalent is a plus
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Quality Management, or a related field; Advanced degree or certifications in quality management are an advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance roles within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
