Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Corporate Quality Assurance Manager. The role involves overseeing and implementing quality assurance strategies to maintain compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulations. The manager will be responsible for conducting audits, monitoring quality systems, ensuring product quality consistency, and leading corrective and preventive action initiatives. Additional responsibilities include training team members on quality protocols, interfacing with regulatory bodies, and driving continuous improvement efforts within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., GMP, FDA guidelines)
  • Auditing processes, compliance monitoring, and risk assessment skills
  • Leadership, team management, and training experience in quality assurance
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in documentation and reporting for regulatory and internal purposes
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field (Master's degree or specialized certification preferred)
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
