Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for evaluating and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing quality assurance protocols, and implementing quality control procedures. Key responsibilities include conducting quality audits, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and overseeing quality management systems to support operational excellence and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Management practices
  • Experience with Quality Auditing and maintaining compliance with Regulatory Requirements
  • Strong analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and communicate effectively
  • Relevant certifications or training in quality assurance or related domains (e.g., ISO standards) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred
