Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Executive located in Bengaluru. The Quality Assurance Executive will oversee the implementation of quality assurance processes, monitor food preparation standards, and ensure compliance with food safety and quality regulations. Responsibilities include conducting quality audits, managing quality control systems, and collaborating with the culinary team to maintain and improve quality standards. The role also involves documentation, process reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices in food technology.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management
  • Experience in conducting Quality Audits and implementing quality improvement strategies
  • Background in Food Technology with a focus on maintaining food safety standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the food industry is a plus
